Web of Science
This platform is funded by the Ministry of Science and Technology through the FECYT (Spanish Foundation for Science and Technology). It provides access to some of the most prestigious databases in the world.
Some resources:
‘'Web of Science Core Collection': allows you to run bibliographic searches in the most relevant scientific publications. It includes indexes of journal quotations, indexes of conference quotations and chemical indexes. It also provides indexes detailing the influence of authors in the research community.

'Journal Citations Reports(JCR)': is an essential tool for investigating the level of influence and impact that a publication has had on the research community. It includes publications reviewed by the most widely-referenced experts in the world and covers approximately 200 different disciplines. It provides some of the most useful metrics regarding research, such as the impact factor.

Multi-disciplinary Elsevier database containing bibliographic references and citations. It provides access to various different indicators which measure and evaluate scientific production such as:
Scimago Journal Rank (SJR): provides open access to impact indicators of scientific journals and impact indicators of information included in Scopus, listed by country.
Business Source Premier
Specialised business and economics database. It analyses over 1,700 specialist business and economics publications and includes over 1,000 complete texts.

Eric
Database sponsored by the United States Department of Education. Specialises in bibliographic information about education science.
Education Source
Full-text research database designed for education students, professionals and policymakers. It offers sources covering all levels of education and includes educational specialties such as multilingual education, health education and testing.
Engineering Village
Information portal for engineering, applied sciences and technology. It provides integrated access to specialist databases such as Compendex and Inspec.
Conteining the following databases:
Compendex: bibliographic database providing scientific and technical information from over 190 branches of engineering. It contains over 18 million records dating from 1970 until the present.
The publications are written in different languages but the bibliographic information and abstracts are in English. Only the journals that Mondragon Unibertsitatea subscribes to can be accessed in their complete form.
Inspec: Bibliographic database provided by the Institution of Electrical Engineers (IEE), specialising in the fields of physics, electrical engineering, electronics and computer science.

PubMed is a database produced by the National Library of Medicine (USA) that contains around 27 million biomedical literature references from MEDLINE. Includes biomedical journals and e-books from 1946 to the present.
From this database you will be able to access the full text of the documents that are part of the Library´s collection and also those that are in Open Access.

Bibliographic database of the scientific community of the Basque country. It collects scientific production in the Basque language and currently has over 2,300 books and over 15,000 articles.
