LEARNING BASED ON REAL PROJECTS FOR INDUSTRIAL ORGANISATION ENGINEERING AND PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
During the Industrial Organisation Engineering Degree you will acquire the necessary knowledge in a practical way. The fact is, just as if you were in a real company, every term you will be asked to carry out different projects with your work group.
After acquiring the necessary theoretical knowledge, you will have to face real challenges aimed at finding solutions to optimise the organisational processes of an industrial company or establish a strategy to improve products and services that increase the productivity of a plant.
In the 2nd year, you will be challenged to define the distribution of a production plant and its internal logistics. You will define and size the warehouses, the production processes and the internal management of the products. You will have to rise to the challenge, taking into account environmental, safety and people management criteria.
In the project that will be presented to you in the 3rd year, you will simulate and manage a company's internationalisation project. To do this, you will need to know the everyday workings of the company, its connections, etc. Taking into account these company strategies, and the characteristics of the destination country, you will determine the optimal distribution network that will allow the company to be competitive in that market.
Through these and other projects, you will develop the appropriate skills for working in a team, but above all you will acquire the qualities most valued by companies in the industrial sector, such as the ability to offer creative solutions to different problems, being a person with initiative who is responsible, with management skills.
