Challenge 1st year Mechanical Engineering students put their spaghetti bridges to the test in a resistance and vibration competition 2026·06·29
A total of twenty teams from Arrasate and Goierri accepted the challenge: to design and build bridges with a strict limit of one kilo of spaghetti. The challenge was twofold: the structure had to support more than twice its own weight and demonstrate its stability by withstanding an earthquake.

In the new edition of the Mondragon Unibertsitatea Industrial Sustainable Entrepreneurship Awards competition, a total of 29 nominations have been submitted. Among the winning projects are: the revaluation of waste for paper development, a design and programming of interactive avatars, a system for the development of sustainable materials for construction, and a rescue system with drones.
