Identity and personal objectives
IDENTITY AND PERSONAL OBJECTIVES
They possess a wide perspective of the tasks, professions and what can be done, as well as the capacity to express where they want to get to. They will not end up in closed and fixed structures, but they will place value on the knowledge of each individual in order to improve and become increasingly more free and independent.
Characteristics
Taking identity and objectives as the central focus, tools will be used to command meta-cognitive competences, with the aim of reflecting on the professional development of each one and identifying what needs to be learned and why.
For this, each individual will have the freedom to create their own identity, to be able to promote and make maximum use of their skills and take decisions accordingly. The university will provide them with help, freedom and opportunities to develop their own personal view, that is, to develop the objective and the element, how do I see myself and where do I want to go.
So, in this sense it is also important that studies are based on the process, each one valuing his/her study process and his/her development with regard to the identified objective and training him/herself in self-management, that each one is his/her own leader, proposing personal objectives and developing the capacity to achieve what he/she set out. Having a critical and self-critical spirit to always achieve more and be able to continue improving, developing a degree of self-commitment.
